| Franchise Process |
|
| Once you have made the commitment to become an owner of a Com*plex Skin Fitness clinic or kiosk. The process is as follows: |

| Contract |
| A contractual franchise agreement must be executed by Com*plex Skin Fitness Clinics and you. |
|
|
|
| Franchise Fee |
| Upon execution of the contract, the applicable franchise fee is due. |
|
|
|
| Training & Preparation |
| Upon settlement of all fees, CSF will immediately begin preparing you to open your franchise with the Com*Plex Skin Fitness Clinics treatment program. You will receive education on the products, services and protocol, as well as the necessary steps to ensure your franchise opens successfully. In addition, you will begin training to become a certified esthetician. |

| Licensing |
| The state of Colorado requires that all practicing Estheticians pass its board exam in order to obtain the proper licensure. In addition, there are specific state requirements for owning and operating a skin-care clinic and/or kiosk. |
|
| Some states require classroom hours, but most will require that you pass a state-board exam. |
