| Dismissal Policy |

| CSPEMT reserves the right to dismiss a student from a course and terminate their enrollment for any of the following reasons: |

A violation of the school’s policies and procedures |
|
A violation of the student conduct rules |
|
A 3.5 or above grade point average is not maintained by the student ( will be placed on 30-day probation) |
|
The student does not raise his/her grade point average during the mandatory, 30-day probation period |
|

| The school administrator and course instructor will jointly decide whether a student should be dismissed based on a fair, consistent, and objective evaluation. In the event a student is dismissed, the student will be refunded his/her tuition in accordance with the school’s refund policy. |
