Payment Policy
Tuition and other expenses must be paid promptly. Below are CSPEMT’s payment policies and apply to all students attending all courses unless other arrangements are made with the school administrator.
A deposit, which is applied to the course tuition, is required to enroll in any course
The deposit is due 30 days prior to the class start date to reserve the student’s space in the course
A $500 deposit is required for courses with tuition fees greater than $500
A 50% deposit is required for courses with tuition fees less than $500
$150 of deposit, considered to be an administration fee, will not be refunded if the student fails to attend the course
The balance of tuition and fees is due on the first day of class or at orientation, whichever occurs first
Payment methods include personal checks, credit cards, money orders, and cash
A $25 charge will be applied to checks written with insufficient funds and all future payments must be made by money order or certified check
Payment Options
1. Cash, Check or all Credit Cards (except American Express).
2. In House Financing
  Payment Plan at 15% interest (with $1,000 down and balance paid in two insallments with the final payment to be paid one month prior to graduating). You might want to check with your bank or credit union for their interest rate foa a school loan.
3. Sallie Mae Loan
  SLM Financial is a private lending company, not a title four federal funding company. You must have good credit or a co-borrower with good credit. Interest rates vary with credit history. Repayment plan is 1-15 years with no prepayment penalty. It can cover additional expenses up to 60% of the loan. You can defer payments (with a $10.00 per month payment) for 12 months.
If the required finances are not available prior to the commencement of the course, the student will have 10 business days to produce the finances or withdraw from the class.
For all practical work, CSPEMT supplies all clinical equipment and products needed during the course of study. Students will be required to purchase all other necessary supplies, such as pens, paper, and notebooks, as well as incidental supplies, such as cotton pads, storage containers, makeup accessories and any other materials required for class presentations, research papers, and state board testing preparation.
