Refund Policy
CSPEMT complies with the Colorado Department of Higher Education, Division of Private Occupational Schools rules and regulations regarding refunds of tuition and fees. All refunds will be mailed to the address on record for the student within 30 days of the course cancellation date. Students are responsible for providing the correct mailing address for the refund to the school director or administrator.
In the event a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation between the school and student, the student may file a complaint with the Division of Private Occupational Schools.
CSPEMT will provide a full refund in the event that the school:
Discontinues a course after the enrollment period for the course has begun
Discontinues a course during a time that the student could have reasonably competed an equivalent course at another educational institution, except in the event that CSPEMT ceases operations
CSPEMT will provide a partial refund in the event that a student decides to withdrawal from a course after the enrollment period begins. Students may also receive a partial refund in the event he/she violates the school’s policies, procedures, or student conduct rules and is dismissed from the course.
The partial refund is based on the timeframe in which the student notifies CSPEMT of their decision to cancel their agreement to attend the course.
