No student information is sold or provided to any unaffiliated company, other than third parties (e.g., loan agencies) retained to provide necessary services to our students as required by applicable law or as directed by a student. This privacy policy applies to any non-public, personal financial information we receive about our students. |

| In the course of doing business with students, CSPEMT may collect certain non-public, personal information about students. For example, this information may include names, addresses, Social Security numbers, account balances and bank account information, and may be derived from loan applications or other forms. |
